Take In Only What Serves You

    Take into your body (food, liquids, smells), mind (experiences, thoughts, emotions), spirit (awareness, acceptance of what is, meditation) only after asking yourself if these serve you in a positive way. You have control of what you take in and keep in. You are defined by the building blocks you choose.
